These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Who Knows? (the “App”), a trivia and puzzle game offered under the AEK1000 developer name. By using the App, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue using the App.
The App may create a guest account to save progress and may offer Google account linking or sign-in. You are responsible for using the App lawfully and for protecting access to your device and accounts.
Guest-account progress may become inaccessible if you uninstall the App or lose its credentials before linking an account; recovery is not guaranteed.
The App offers trivia questions, mini crosswords, Word Connect puzzles, level progression, Hearts, Coins, hints, achievements, daily challenges and rankings, subject to availability.
Hearts, Coins, stars and other virtual items are gameplay features only. They are not money, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency or prizes. Gameplay rules and reward balances are determined by the App's authorized systems and may be adjusted for corrections, balancing or abuse prevention.
Do not cheat, manipulate scores or reward systems, scrape or overload the services, exploit bugs for rewards, impersonate others, or harass players through usernames or user submissions.
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect service security or enforce these terms.
The App, its original branding, designs and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Questions, images or third-party materials may belong to their respective rights holders.
You retain any rights you hold in your submitted profile content. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display material you voluntarily submit within the App, subject to the Privacy Policy.
We may update content, adjust gameplay, fix errors, discontinue features or temporarily interrupt the App for maintenance or security. Network access is required for many functions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular ranking, reward or level outcome.
Some features depend on Google and Supabase services and may be subject to those providers' applicable terms. Their services and availability are outside our complete control.
Trivia and puzzle content is provided for entertainment and general knowledge. We work to improve accuracy but do not warrant that every answer, explanation or external source is error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an as-available basis, without warranties beyond those required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any dispute will be handled under applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. We do not specify a governing jurisdiction until the developer's actual legal establishment has been confirmed.
You may stop using the App at any time. If you wish to delete your account and its associated data, use Profile > Delete account inside the App or the web-based deletion request link. Please see the Privacy Policy for data handling details.
We may update these terms for new features, security or legal reasons. The latest version and update date will be published here. Contact the support email below with questions.
